Description
The Wheatsheaf Public House is a 16th century timber-framed building with a later front. It has two storeys and three windows. The roof is tiled and half hipped on the left side, featuring a ridge stack. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is made of brick. There is a modern projecting tiled porch, and the left end of the building is weatherboarded. Additionally, there is a mid-19th century two-storey, two-window gable-ended wing on the right side.
