Description

The White House is an early to mid 19th century house with an irregular shape. It has a main block that is two storeys high and features three windows. The roof is fairly low pitched and hipped, covered with slate, and has deep eaves soffits. The exterior is finished in stucco. The house has sash windows with margin lights, set in moulded architraves that have cornices above them. There is a prostyle porch at the entrance. A late 19th century addition on the left side includes a canted bay. Above the door, there is a patterned rectangular fanlight.
