Description
Park Cottage is an 18th-century cottage situated on the south side of Westerham High Street. The building is rendered and painted, with a ridge tile roof, boarded eaves, and guttering. The symmetrical front elevation features a central panelled door with upper lights and a bracketed hood. Four 18th-century sash windows with bars are set within exposed frames. A brick plinth runs along the base. The west side elevation is of painted brick and tile hanging above, with the roof continuing as a lean-to. Access is via a light plank footbridge over a stream.
