Description

The Kentish Yeoman Public House is a 15th-century hall house that has been altered and partially obscured by later facades, likely dating to the 18th century. It has two storeys and a tile roof, with three gable ends facing the street. The ground floor has 18th-century sash windows and one projecting bay window. The first floor has four 18th-century sliding casements. A projecting chimney stack is located at the side. The rear elevation is tile hung. Inside, significant exposed timber is visible, including a crown post at the head of the stairs. An inn sign and post stand in front of the building.
