No. 8 High Street is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, attached to No. 6. It has a half-hipped gable end facing the road. The roof is tiled, and the first floor is tile-hung. The ground floor is red brick with a rubble plinth. The windows are modern casements. A modern door is set beneath a gabled hood supported by brackets.
