Description

No. 7 Park Lane is a 16th-century cottage of two storeys and three windows. The building has a high-pitched tiled roof with a rebuilt stack. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is constructed of galletted random rubble with red brick dressings and a brick coped plinth. There are 18th-century iron casement windows on the left-hand side and 19th-century casement windows on the right. A four-panel door is sheltered by a bracketed cornice hood. No. 7 forms a group with St Etheldreda's Church and numbers 26 and 26A High Street.
