Description

45 High Street is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. It has a half hipped tiled mansard roof, with the first floor tile hung and the ground floor rendered. The first floor has 19th-century casement windows, both adorned with diamond leading. The entrance boasts a reproduction Tudor style door. At the back, there is a long extension that dates from the 17th century or earlier. This building is part of a group that includes Old Seal House and Nos 37, 41 to 45 (odd).
