Description

This gas lamp standard, dating from around 1890, is made of cast iron. It features a tapering lantern topped with a central urn finial and decorative acroteria at each end, all supported by a fluted cylindrical column. This lamp is part of a series of gas lamp standards located along Kippington Road.
