Description

This gas lamp standard, located opposite No. 50 Kippington Road, dates from around 1890 and is made of cast iron. It features a tapering lantern topped with a central urn finial and decorative acroteria at the ends, supported by fluted cylindrical columns. This lamp is part of a series of gas lamp standards along Kippington Road.
