2. Timber framed barn, walls partly of brick, partly weatherboarded. High pitched tiled roof. On south side 2 projecting hipped gabled wagon porches. Queen post roof with wind braces. Probably C17. Mid C19 extension with oast still in working order.

Chafford Park, the front garden wall and mounting block, the brick barn and the barn to West of it form a group.
