Description

This is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th or 17th century, located at 18-22 Church Road, Sundridge. It is two storeys high with a basement, and has four windows. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in tiles, with tile hanging above a plinth or base constructed of random rubble. Most of the windows are 19th century or modern, with square panes. However, No. 18 has modern louvred windows. A set of three stone steps leads to a recessed entrance shared by Nos. 18 and 20. A separate entrance to No. 22 is located on the left return. A basement window is present at No. 18.
