Description
129 to 133 High Street is a building likely dating from the 16th century, consisting of two sections and standing two storeys high. Number 129 features two windows, while the other two numbers have one window each. The first floor is decorated with fancy tile hanging and shows signs of a jettied front, while the ground floor is made of painted brick. The building has high pitched tiled roofs. Number 129 has 18th-century iron casements on the first floor and two small modern square bay shop windows flanking a half-glazed door, with a continuous narrow fascia board above. Numbers 131 and 133 have 19th-century L-bar casements and small casements on the ground floor, along with four-panel doors that are top glazed.
