Description

The stable block to the rear of Palmer's Lodge is an early 19th-century building. It is two storeys high and features two windows on the first floor. The ground floor has two lunettes, one double door, and three single doors. The low-pitched, hipped slate roof is topped with an elaborate, four-tiered central dovecote with a vane. The building is constructed of red brick, which has a decorative pattern of blue headers, and includes a band at the first floor level.
