Description

This is a headstone dating from 1731, located approximately 3 yards east of the chancel of the Church of St. John the Baptist. The stone features a double curve at the top, with a cherub's head on the left side and a sign on the right. The left panel commemorates John Hunt, while the right panel is dedicated to John Stevens, who was his son-in-law. Both individuals died in 1731.
