Description

Osborne House is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of North Street, Sutton Valence. The house is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with a plain 20th-century tile roof and a plain parapet. It has two storeys and a cellar. At each end of the house is a two-storey segmental brick bow. Gable-end stacks are present. The front facade is regular, with three windows, featuring recessed glazing-bar sashes. Each bow also contains a sash window, and a blind central window, all defined by rubbed brick voussoirs. A central panelled door is accessed by a flight of seven steps and is topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing-bars, set within a pilastered architrave with a broken-based pediment. The interior has not been inspected.
