Description
16 St Faith's Street is a 16th-century timber-framed cottage with plaster infilling. The building has two storeys and attics, featuring two windows that face St Faith's Street and one window that faces Station Street. It has a tiled roof with a half-hipped gable at the west end, which includes an attic window. The western half of the building has overhanging coved eaves cornice, and the first floor is jettied on both the south and west fronts, supported by the protruding ends of the floor joists, brackets, and a corner post. This cottage is part of a group with Nos 12 to 16 (even).
