Description
St Faith’s Chambers is a timber-framed building situated on the north side of St Faith’s Street. It dates to an unknown period, though the style suggests a possible 17th or 18th century origin. The building has a tiled roof and features diagonal braces which are visible in the timber framing. The first floor has two modern casement windows, while the ground floor has a three-light bow window. A probable timber-framed extension exists to the rear, which is now tile-hung and has a steeply pitched old tiled roof. The building forms a group with Nos. 12 to 16 (even) on the same street.
