(Formerly listed as Barn about 25 metres north of Rose Farmhouse, LOWER BROOMFIELD ROAD (east side))

GV II Former barn, with cart shed and store attached. Barn 18th century or earlier. Timber framed, weatherboarded, with plain tile roof. Brick wall to left [west] aisle. In two sections, at right-angles to road. Barn aisled to front and rear. Section furthest from road two storeys; ground floor cart shed on brick piers, first floor a timber-framed weatherboarded store. Half-hipped roof to barn. Cart shed and store with higher ridge and weatherboarded gable towards barn. Aisle interrupted in front of canopied double doors to right of centre of barn. Double doors to first floor of cart shed and store. Weatherboarded lean-tos to right and left ends, that to left aisled to rear. Interior not inspected.
