Description

Vine House is a house, originally a public house and later divided into cottages. It dates to the 17th century, and may incorporate earlier fabric. The house was restored in 1986. The construction is timber framed, with a ground floor of brown brick in a Flemish bond pattern and a first floor clad in weatherboard. The roof is covered in plain tiles. The house has two timber-framed bays and a gabled front. A multiple red and grey brick stack is situated on the right-hand side. The windows are irregularly placed, consisting of two two-light casements. A panelled door is located towards the right end of the front. A timber-framed rear wing extends to the right, and a rear lean-to is on the left. The interior has not been inspected.
