Description

This sundial, located about 8 metres south of Boughton Monchelsea Place, dates from the mid-19th century. It features a stone vase with a square base and a lightly-corniced octagonal top. The sundial has a complex scientific dial and a triangular gnomon that supports two independently-moveable metal clock hands. It is included in the listing for its group value.
