Description

This building, consisting of numbers 29 and 31 Upper Stone Street, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is a three-story building with a basement, and is faced with cement rendering. The roof is a slate mansard roof with two dormers. The building has two sash windows on the front elevation, with one window blanked. The first-floor windows are round-headed triple sash windows. Each side elevation features a bow window on the first floor. Later shopfronts have been added. Numbers 25 to 31, which are the odd-numbered properties, form a group.
