Description

Hazelwood is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is timber framed and features both storeys hung with banded plain and fishscale tiles. The left gable end and the ground floor of the right gable end are constructed of ragstone. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a gabled section on the left and a hipped section on the right, which includes a gablet. There is a multiple corbelled brick stack on the left end. The building has an irregular arrangement of three casement windows, consisting of two 2-light windows and one single-light window. A ribbed door is located under the stack. The interior has not been inspected.
