Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a 17th-century house located in Lenham Heath. It features a timber frame covered with painted pebble-dash and has a plain tile roof. The building is positioned at right angles to the road and has a lobby entry. It stands two storeys tall on a plinth, with a hipped roof that is slightly lower to the left of the stack. There is an off-centre brick ridge stack to the left. The cottage has irregular fenestration, consisting of three 20th-century windows: two single-light windows and one three-light casement. The entrance is a boarded door with a segmental head located beneath the stack. There is also a rear lean-to. The interior has not been inspected.
