Description
1 Toby Road is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick, with part of the front plastered, and features a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has two low stacks at the rear on the right side. The front has two windows, with sliding glazing bar casements above glazing bar sashes. There is a gabled porch from the early 20th century on the right side. Additionally, there is a one-storey extension to the right and a catslide extension at the rear.
