Description

Hillside is an 18th-century building located on Sandgate Esplanade. It is two storeys high and features a tile-hung exterior with a hipped tiled roof. The front has two sash windows with verticals only, accompanied by Venetian shutters. There is a simple doorcase on the left side topped with a cornice. Hillside is part of a group that includes Somerville Lodge, Enbrook Lodge, and Nos 1 and 2 Hillside.
