5281 SANDGATE ESPLANADE SANDGATE No 2 Hillside TR 2035 SW 8/241 5.12.49. II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys tile hung. Hipped tiled roof. 2 sashes with. verticals only and Venetian shutters. Later glazed porch and altered window to ground floor. The rear elevation has a weatherboarded extension.

Somerville Lodge, Enbrook Lodge and Nos 1 and 2 Hillside form a group.
