Description
This is a mid-19th century, two-story house on Sandgate Hill. The exterior is clad in weatherboard, topped by a tiled roof with two gables. The first floor has three sash windows with original glazing bars. The ground floor features two three-light canted bays, also with intact glazing bars, and a central doorcase. The doorcase has a pediment supported by console brackets, and a rectangular fanlight. There are three stone steps leading up to the street.
