Description
Old Farm House is a house dated 1647, with an extension added in the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and has a slate roof. The building is a rectangular block with a smaller parallel wing added to the rear. It stands two storeys high on a plinth and features a plat band and a brick eaves cornice beneath its double span roof, which has a central stack. The entrance is located in the east elevation of the rear range and consists of a boarded door. The windows display irregular fenestration with wooden casements. The west gable end features very large iron wall ties that read "1647," with the original letters "IGE" now misplaced.
