Description

This is a 17th-century barn, now used as a garage, located about 20 meters east of Summerfield Farmhouse in Woodnesborough. The barn is timber framed, with parts clad in red brick and parts featuring an exposed frame with plaster infill. It has a corrugated iron roof that is half-hipped and includes a raking mid-strey. Inside, the barn consists of three bays and aisles, featuring quadrant braces and a clasped purlin roof.
