Description
The wall, built around 1869 by George Devey, is located parallel and to the north-west of The Coach House at Old St Albans Court. It was constructed as part of the stable block and serves to separate the stable block from the gardens at Old St Albans Court. The wall is low and made of blocks of Kentish ragstone, ending at each side with square gate piers that have pyramidal tops. At the south-east end of the wall's south elevation, there is a stone mounting block. Additionally, a smaller section of a similar wall with a stone pier is found to the south-east, across a driveway that is bordered by curbing stones.
