Description

Nos 13 to 16 on East Cliff Terrace are early 19th century buildings that stand three storeys high with a basement, constructed of stock brick. The slate roof features six dormers in total. Nos 13 and 14 have three sash windows each, while Nos 15 and 16 have two sash windows each. A verandah supported by cast iron columns is present, along with French windows. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 39 on the terrace.
