Description

The stables, dating from the 17th century, are located about 30 metres south of Gore Court on the west side of Gore Lane in Eastry. The building features a red brick façade facing the road, while the farmyard side is weather boarded and clad with corrugated iron. It has a hipped roof also made of corrugated iron. Attached to the stables is a brick wall that stands about 5 feet high and extends approximately 20 yards to the north. This structure is included for its group value.
