Description

Wells Farmhouse is a house with an early 19th-century facade built onto an 18th-century rear range. It has two storeys and a basement, with parapets and stacks to the left, right, and rear centre. The front has two glazing bar sash windows and one blank window space on the first floor, and one wooden casement and one glazing bar sash window on the ground floor. A central glazed door is set within a glazed Doric porch. The rear range has a plinth, plat band, and cornice on its return elevations, leading to a half-hipped roof.
