Description

Beckets is a house dating from the 17th century, which was extended and altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a slate roof, with the rear slopes covered in plain tiles. The building has two storeys and a hipped roof, with stacks located at the left end and centre right. On the first floor, there are four glazing bar sash windows and a central blank space, while the ground floor has four glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance door consists of four panels and is framed by a pilastered surround with a cornice. The right end bays are a later addition, and there is a catslide outshot at the rear.
