Description

Padbrook Cottage is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Padbrook Lane in Preston. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. The house has a plinth and a plat band, and a half-hipped roof with a central chimney stack. The two storeys include a garret. On the first floor are two 12-pane glazing bar sash windows and a central blank window space, all with segmental heads. The ground floor has two 12-pane glazing bar sash windows and a central boarded door, also with segmental heads. An illegible date plaque is located above the door. A catslide outshot extends from the rear of the building.
