Description

Wilmington Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Canterbury Road in Boughton Aluph. The building features white brick construction resting on a red brick plinth, topped with a plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high and has a plinth and parapet above its hipped roof. There are two chimney stacks at the left end, one at the right end, and one at the rear. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, which are 20th-century glazing bar sashes with gauged and rendered heads. The central entrance door, also from the 20th century, is flanked by pilasters and has a pediment above it. The rear elevation showcases tile hanging on the first floor.
