Description

Magnolia House is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Pound Street in Petworth. The building has two storeys and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and tiled. The glazing bars are missing, and there is one modern bay window on the ground floor. The doorway is adorned with fluted pilasters and has a flat hood above it.
