Description
This building, known as Molland, is a house dating from the 16th century, with later cladding from the late 17th century. It has a timber frame that is clad with red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The house is two storeys high and has a basement, set on a plinth with a plat band. The roof is hipped and has stacks located to the left, to the right, and at the end on the right side.
On the first floor, there is one segmental-headed glazing bar sash window to the left, and to the right, there are three cross windows, one wooden casement, and one glazing bar sash, all part of a 18th-century extension. The ground floor has a glazing bar sash window, two cross windows, and two wooden casements. The entrance features a half-glazed door located to the centre left, topped with a segmental hood supported by iron brackets. There are basement openings on the left, centre, and right sides.
At the rear, there is one hipped wing that is tile hung and another wing with a shaped gable. Inside, there is reported heraldic glass dated 1561.
