Description
No. 110 Moneham Road is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a hipped roof covered with plain tiles, along with brick stacks on the sides. The building has a double depth plan, with two main rooms at the front on either side of a central entrance, and service rooms located at the back. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window front, with replacement 12-pane sash windows. The central doorway is notable for its fielded six-panel door and a canopy supported by snaped brackets, which is adorned with a fretted valance. The right-hand side of the house is blind, and the rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior has also not been inspected.
