Description

Stone Hall is a late 17th-century building located on Northbourne Road in Great Mingeham. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys, featuring a half-hipped tiled roof and a wooden cornice with dentils. The entrance includes a doorcase with fluted pilasters, a moulded frieze, and a pediment. Notably, the top four panels of the door have been cut away and replaced with glass. The east front gable displays two brick arches that once framed round-headed windows, which have since been replaced by 18th-century sash windows. At the rear of the house, there is a two-storey brick north wing that is of a lower elevation.
