Description

Great Mongeham House is a mid-19th century building of two storeys, originally colour-washed. The front elevation features four sash windows with intact glazing bars, topped by a pediment above the two central windows. A parapet with antefixae also adorns the front. Ground floor windows are detailed with cornices and brackets. The side elevation displays five sash windows, some of which have missing glazing bars, and a pedimented doorcase featuring pilasters, a fanlight, and an eight-panelled door. Great Mongeham House forms a group with associated walls and gate piers.
