Description

This building comprises two properties, 303 and 304 London Road, dating to around 1840. It is a three-storey structure with a basement, built of brown brick and topped with a slate mansard roof featuring two dormers. A parapet runs along the roofline. The windows are sashes, with the central window having been altered. A double round-headed doorcase provides access, approached by a double flight of steps with cast iron railings. It forms a group with numbers 279 to 319 on London Road.
