Description
Dog and Duck Cottage is an 18th-century house constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth, featuring stacks at both the left and right ends. The cottage has a regular arrangement of windows, with two glazing bar sashes on each floor. The ground floor windows have segmental heads. A central boarded door provides access. There is a single-storey extension to the left of the main structure. The cottage is associated with the sluices and gates of a cut in the River Stour.
