Description

This coachhouse, located about 20 metres northeast of Stourmouth House, dates from the early 18th century and was altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is one storey high with an attic and stands on a plinth, topped with a dogtooth cornice on its hipped roof, which has two hipped dormers. The front has two wooden casement windows and a blocked central doorway. To the left, there is a projecting section that includes two wooden casements and a half-glazed door. At the rear, there is the base of a roundel. This coachhouse is included for its group value with Stourmouth House.
