It is two storeys high, with a basement, and features a plinth and a moulded wooden eaves cornice to the hipped roof. Brick stacks are situated on the left and right sides. The front elevation has five glazing bar sashes on each floor, with those on the ground floor having segmental heads. A segmentally headed basement opening is located on the left side. Entry is provided by a half-glazed door with a flat hood on the rear elevation.
