Description

This is an early 18th-century pair of buildings located on the north-west side of Castle Street. The buildings are two storeys high and have been rendered in stucco. They have an old tiled roof with three dormers. The original sash windows retain their glazing bars. Later shopfronts have been added. Numbers 49 to 67, Castle Street are considered to form a group.
