Description
The property at 28 Oaten Hill is a late 18th-century building of two storeys constructed of red brick. The roof is in three hipped sections. The windows are sash windows with their original glazing bars intact. The front door is set within a simple doorcase and features a rectangular fanlight above a six-panelled door. It forms a group with the adjacent property at number 27.
