Description

This early 19th-century building, numbered 23, fronts onto Oaten Hill. The Oaten Hill facade is stuccoed, with the ground floor rusticated. The building is three storeys high and has four windows, plus one blank window space. The facade facing Old Dover Road features a doorway with pilasters, a pediment supported on consoles, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. Numbers 16 to 23 form a group.
