Oaten Hill House is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed facade. It is three storeys high and has a tiled roof, with quoins and stringcourses at the ends. The house features three sash windows set within Italianate architraves. The ground floor is rusticated, and a round-headed doorcase is supported by console brackets.
