Description

The Kent and Canterbury Club is a large house from the late 18th century that has been refronted in cement. It features two parallel ranges and stands three storeys tall with a parapet. There are string courses above the ground and first floors, and the building has five windows with intact glazing bars. A porch leads up three steps and is adorned with leaf capitals and a pediment, along with a large semi-circular fanlight. There is a narrow window on either side of the porch, and the entrance includes a six-panel moulded door. The property is part of a group that includes Nos 17 to 39 (odd).
